Gas commissioning technician wanted in Daviess County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Daviess County, Kentucky. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Day to day you will connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Driving licence for travel between sites Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
