We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Hamilton County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time, day shift.
