Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Ouachita County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy body shop. Day to day you will blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Rotating shifts.
