Meat trimmer wanted in Sawyer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Sawyer County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off.
