Join our team: powder spray gun operator (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Grainger County, Tennessee. You will work in a busy paint shop. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
