Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Dade County, Missouri. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
