Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar worker in Perry County, Illinois. Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations You will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust.
