Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Forrest County, Mississippi. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
