We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly technician in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Punctual with reliable attendance You will apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
