Safety inspector wanted in Ingawa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety inspector in Ingawa, Katsina State. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. Day to day you will verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
