Requirements: • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state On a typical shift you will replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands.
