Immediate opening: tyre and wheel fitter (Abia State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Ukwa West, Abia State. You will be based at a roadside mobile fitting unit. Ideal candidate: • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers Your main tasks: • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule Overtime paid at a premium rate.
