MIG welder — Morrow County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG welder in Morrow County, Ohio. The job is in a heavy engineering unit. You will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • ITI in welder trade or equivalent We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
