Now hiring: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Jeff Davis County, Georgia. The job is on a road and bridge project. The role involves: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days Ideal candidate: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio 3+ years on the tools preferred.
