Fitter on the line • Jackson County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Jackson County, North Carolina. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. On a typical shift you will pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Rotating shifts.
