We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Lincoln County, Arkansas. The role involves inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Meals and transport allowance provided.
