What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping The role involves escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line.
