Ladle pourer • Barrow County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Barrow County, Georgia. The job is at a busy iron foundry. You will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Full-time with occasional weekends.
