Electrostatic spray painter • Fluvanna County, Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Fluvanna County, Virginia. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
