Back-of-house cleaner — Derby

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Derby, England. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts £2,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
