Scullery hand — Kano Municipal

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kano Municipal, Kano State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
