Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kleberg County, Texas. On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer $180 per day plus benefits.
