Coating plant operator — Sanilac County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Sanilac County, Michigan. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 1+ years on the tools preferred.
