Pastry baker wanted in Park County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Park County, Montana. You will work in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
