You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On a typical shift you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions.
