Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
