Canteen cook wanted in Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Jefferson County, West Virginia. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
