Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Lincoln County, Maine. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 3+ years on the tools preferred.
