We are recruiting: trowel-trade bricklayer (Kentucky)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Owen County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
