Urgent requirement: captain waiter (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Borough of Torbay, England. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
