Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Dyer County, Tennessee. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. The role involves feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding 5+ years on the tools preferred.
