Steel fixer • Scotland County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixer in Scotland County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates We offer $170 per day plus benefits.
