Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Coshocton County, Ohio. You will work in an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster The role involves read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
