Immediate opening: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Grand County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
