Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦125,000 per month, based on your experience.
