Room attendant — Pike County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a room attendant in Pike County, Kentucky. You will be based at a beach resort. Day to day you will report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room; replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist. Requirements: • Smart grooming and high personal hygiene standards • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios Part-time with flexible hours.
