Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch We offer $16 per hour plus benefits.
