The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
