Ladle pourer wanted in Mason County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Mason County, Kentucky. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. Requirements: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings The role involves: • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
