Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Union Parish, Louisiana. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
