UPVC window fabricator — York County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in York County, South Carolina. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents What we are looking for: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges 5+ years on the tools preferred. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
