Gas installation technician wanted in Todd County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Todd County, Kentucky. You will work in customers' homes and kitchens. On the job you will handle: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings Pay around $6,250 per project, based on your experience.
