We are recruiting: commis chef (Anambra State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Anambra East, Anambra State. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦5,000 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
