Chef de partie — Tioga County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Rotating shifts.
