Tyre service technician wanted in Hartlepool

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Hartlepool, England. You will be based in a tyre and puncture shop. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Awareness of workshop health and safety You will log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. £2,550 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
