Powder coating line operator wanted in Hennepin County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hennepin County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 6+ years on the tools preferred.
