Urgent requirement: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in West Carroll Parish, Louisiana. The job is at an industrial plant. The role involves work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles 4+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
