Rebar worker • Franklin County, Pennsylvania

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules 3+ years on the tools preferred.
