Oven operator wanted in Logan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Logan County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
