Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Hart County, Georgia. The role involves: • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection 3+ years on the tools preferred.
